How Do I Know What Time You Will Arrive?
When you make a booking, we will try to give you an allocated time frame. We give all of our customers at least 30 mins notice prior to our arrival.
What Areas Do You Cover?
We cover Edinburgh and its local surrounding areas for all commercial and domestic appliances.
However, we DO NOT cover outside of Edinburgh for domestic appliances.
Is There A Callout Fee?
Call out fees must be paid upfront. On some occasions BACS may be accepted.
*Various rates apply depending on the postcode and call-out fee (includes diagnostics report)
* Parts & labour are quoted on site (additional cost to be paid prior to work being carried out)

Do You Do Emergency Call Outs?
Yes we do if there is availability, emergency call outs are charged at different rates (Contact us for more information).
